I cannot believe how fast time seems to fly these days….and this being my last post for the 313 Project! *gasp*

We will soon be welcoming in a new year, and look forward to seeing how the Lord will use our family in 2013.

It has been a wonderful, exciting year and pray y’all have had the very same.

May we seek God’s face in the coming year, and may we strive to glorify Him in all we do!

Happy New Year Everyone!

       “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”
~Philippians 4:8-9~

Soli Deo Gloria!

I just love the smells and delights of cooking/baking meals and treats during each season…..especially Autumn and Winter!!!

These are some chocolate crinkle cookies that I have been working on all morning and well worth the extra time to make them!

Mmmmm….

    “Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good!
        Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
    Oh, fear the LORD, you his saints,
        for those who fear him have no lack!
    The young lions suffer want and hunger;
        but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.”
~Psalm 34:8-10~

This was a while ago, but I really did not have anything recent.

Normally I don’t like photos like this with the sun, but I thought this one was alright.

Psalm 42:7a
Deep calls to deep at the roar of your waterfalls…”

Every year in the winter time, we would help our grandparents put up a few decorations to make their home warm and cozy this time of year, and one thing in particular would be this adorable light-up village!

It is a fun tradition that we still do today, and was so glad to find the box with all the pieces to this little winter village and love seeing it lit up at night.

    “Commit your way to the LORD;
        trust in him, and he will act.
    He will bring forth your righteousness as the light,
        and your justice as the noonday.”
~Psalm 37:5-6~
